Biochemist here. Although yes you can get nutrients from plants, there seems to be plants that have in lame terms "anti-nutrients " its the plants way of causing inflation, bloating, autoimmune disorders as a biochemical defence to fight back as you eat their babies. Insects adapt much faster than humans and other primates Although similar to humans have slightly different internal organs to help digest plants far more efficiently. They also are better adapted to their ecosystem building tolerances to the plants with symbiotic relationships with key bacteria & fungus in their intestines to further help. Humans have a different microbiome which is more general purpose not optimized. The optimization is a problem as absorption of nutrition is more difficult than from animal products. Observing animals is very good, but keep in mind evolution can shape us very differently. You have for example fruit bats & carnivorous bats (some even feast on blood) have very different diets although both being closely related being bats. All this being said humans can eat both plants to survive & meat to thrive. Specifically for mental exercises involving studying, memory, focus, meat does seem to be a better fuel sorces to steady moods(sugar levels, hormones etc). Plants having high amounts of glucose & fructose for example give sugar crashes and makes keeping a stable mood more difficult in humans. For muscle growth plants seem to do well, the application of working out its fine & has its benefits since muscles are not so picky. Nutrition even for experts is a rat's net of variable. If your not feeling depressed, energy loss, and in shape eat what makes you happy and kick everything out to the curb. Its going to take a century more with the aid of AI to finally solve Nutrition

I guess after having had an SL-Rupture, I'll probably never will be able to put my body weight onto my wrist any more, exept if it is not bend. Means I only can do pushups on my fist. Can you comment anything based on this little information? Any recommendation would be much appreciated. :)

I’ve considered quitting about a thousand times… headaches, bad sleep, lack of energy (except for the first few days back on). I really love coffee and have considered decaf. I used to mix Chicory / Coffee…and that was good but the caffeine effects still bothered me. Perhaps I’ll try Chicory / Decaf?

Ok, I am gonna ask something you probably covered in this but I may not completely understand. 1. I don't juice my fruits, but I do blend it, sometimes with a bit of skin, and I consume all of it with some chewing, is this better than juicing or not? 2. Am I getting the same sugar content that spikes extreme insulin overall to say...a sweet sugary drink? As I understand, with the extra blending - I am making the sugar even more available to me.
